Hello, I am using the Bueno theme and I would like to display the featured images as thumbnails on the right hand side of my screen, WITHOUT having the featured images showing up at the beginning of each post. Is this possible? Thank you for your help.

No it is not.
The post gives all the details about featured posts and featured images in Bueno, so it should have given you the answer to your question: not possible.
The only way you could do what you're looking for is via CSS editing, if you have the Custom Design upgrade.
