I am using the Structure theme and am trying to change the featured image. In my page attributes box, there is nothing about featured images. In my screen options, I don't have a featured image checkbox. How can I change my featured image?

The way the theme you are using is designed to operate is described very well here > http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2010/05/01/introduction-to-structure/
featured images sizes here > http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2011/10/21/on-the-recent-featured-image-issues/ -

Go here > screen options and select to include:
Page – Likes and Shares, Page Attributes, Featured Image, Discussion, Comments**, Page Revisions, Slug, Author, Revisions, Writing Helper -
In screen options, these are my only choices: right now, recent comments, your stuff, what's hot, quickpress, recent drafts, and stats.

You're on the wrong dashboard screen. Each dashboard screen has its own screen options. You need to click Screen Options while on the post or page editor screen.
