This question is part of our research in our Human Computer Interaction (HCI) and we would really appreciate it if you would take the time to answer it.
So the question is what features of WordPress do you like? Why?
And what do you use WordPress for?
For example:
The feature that I like is the WordPress Themes that it offers because it's easy to customized the page. I use it for blogging.

Before you go any farther, familiarize yourself with the difference between WordPress.COM, which is where you are, and WordPress.ORG, which is the standard WordPress.
They are different. This one, for instance, is not very customizable, relatively speaking.
I think you want to be asking questions over at WordPress.ORG.
