This is related to my post below, but falls into a slightly different category. I also asked the the 'permission' question via the feedback form, and was wondering how feedback questions are answered. Does one visit the forums to get an answer, or does the answer appear in the feedback box?
This is probably a very basic question, but I'm at a pretty basic level...

To be honest they don't appear to fall under either category you mention.
On occasion answers may be included here, but unless you're the one that made the request there is no way of knowing for sure.
Of the 5-6 feedbacks entries I have made I have never received a response here or gotten anything beyond the auto reply the system sends out.
