File Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server.

  1. I established my site on 8/6 and linked the domain to my existing richardlevesqueauthor.com site. The site only works intermittently. When I click on different menus I get "File Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server." I've read on other posts that this kind of thing can happen for the first 72 hours that a site is up, but why does it continue to happen now that it's been twice as long?

The blog I need help with is richardlevesqueauthor.com.

  2. Hey there,

When I visit your domain, I see this page (screenshot), which isn't WordPress-powered.

You can access your WordPress.com blog here:
    https://richardlevesqueauthor.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

In this instance, it looks like you've pointed your original domain back to your old host, but left the domain mapping on WordPress.com intact. If you'd like to access your blog, go to Store -> Domains and change the "Primary Domain" back to the wordpress.com address.

If you've opted to not use the WordPress.com platform, I can refund your domain mapping fee for you as well--just let me know.

    Best,
    P.

  3. That looks like it fixed the problem. Thanks!
