"File type does not meet security guidelines." Issue

    Hello, I wonder if anyone can tell me what's wrong with WordPress. I uploaded an image file but had to make some adjustments so I deleted it. I go back to upload the same exact file just a smaller size. Same file image type [.jpg] and everything and I'm getting the error message. I'm positive I haven't done anything wrong. It hasn't even been 5 minutes since I had deleted now I getting an error. I'm a IT Specialist/Computer Technician so I know that my computer is bug free. Can anyone give me any ideas why is WordPress menstruating right along with me?

    Yea, that last part was uncalled for but WordPress has been giving me major problems lately.
