I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It isn't possible to disable Akismet.
You can see more information about Akismet and Comment Spam here:

If you're certain a comment is legitimate, you can unspam it, and Akismet will learn from that. You can use bulk actions to unspam (approve) several comments at once, too.
