I am using the Akismet and Stats plugins on my blog but my hosting provider blocks outbound access by default. They request the IP addresses and ports to be enabled.
I found that Akismet accesses <API key>.rest.akismet.com, apparently on port 80.
I am uncertain which port or domain or IP address Stats uses.
Any assistance would be sincerely appreciated,

Mea culpa. I just remembered Stats is supported here. I do use that plug in on my self-hosted blog but I don't know about the port. Perhaps someone who does know will be along soon.
