Flickr Video just debuted. I hope to be able to use it for my blog. Will this be possible (very soon) on wordpress?

Probably not directly, but probably through the vodpod button for Firefox, which allows you to embed almost anything in a page or a post.

Acutally they're is a short code for Flickr video. You use it like
[flickr video=http://www.flickr.com/photos/revdancatt/2345938910/]

[flickr video=2345938910]I'll try to get some extended docs up on it soon.

Yes, thanks very much, both to quxx for pointing out the shortcode and for the wp.com folks for providing it so quickly. By the way, I had to use the whole uri to get the shortcode to work. quxx's second code example didn't work for me.
