I am trying to customize a wordpress template to look similar to http://www.netimperative.com/
Most important being the 4 bars/columns and the fluid width. Does anyone know of any good templates or plugins which could be used to achieve these results?

1) Please don't shout. It's considered rude at most places on the net. I went ahead and edited your post. Please note that other folks here don't do it.
2) I don't think we have any templates that are four columns here at wp.com. You would have to have the underlying files to get you started.
You do know that you're not allowed to install plugins here at wp.com since we're on a shared environment, right?
