Could someone please help me? The email and name of one of my followers (Sharon Gibson) is not showing on my list of followers in my dashboard. I'm not sure why. She even went in again today and subscribed, but again, I never got a notification by email that I have a new follower, nor is her new email showing up in my list.
I would really appreciate any feedback on this..

Her username is [name removed]. I really hope we can get this solved. I'd like to know when people sign up, I didn't even get a notification email either.
