Email subscription are pretty much all or nothing. Either the email server is down when you post or it isn't. This doesn't happen often, but it does mean that either everyone receives your posts or no one.
If it's scattered like that, it's not happening on this end.
At this point, I'd recommend keeping a very close eye on your spam folder, and also try to get in touch with Google.
