Hi Erika, sorry about the frustration. Let me address the four points you've raised.
1) My wordpress.com followers claim that they CANNOT see the posts on my new site in their reader.
I logged in as one of your WordPress.com followers and was able to see the last two posts in the Reader. I took a screenshot: http://cl.ly/image/3E2m3L1T3K1a
Could you please let me know a username (or usernames) of WordPress.com followers who claim that they cannot see the latest posts in Reader? I noticed that you last posted on February 1st and have not posted since, maybe that's why people are saying they are not seeing your posts in the Reader?
2) I still CANNOT see my wordpress.com followers individually through Jetpack's dashboard.
It looks like you are using Firefox, is that right? Could you please try a different browser, like Safari or Chrome, and let me know if the WordPress.com followers list is visible in a different browser?
Or here is a workaround link to see your subscribers via WordPress.com Stats panel (you need to be logged into WordPress.com with your erikadt account to view the page): https://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/?blog=44398007&blog_subscribers&type=wpcom&unit=1
3) This is what kathrynwp says they are investigating now and I suspect that my lack of ability to see my wordpress.com followers individually is linked to why they are NOT getting my post updates. I understand that they SHOULD get the updates, but they are NOT based on the users I have spoken with about it.
Correct, this is still being looked at. I tested with one WordPress.com subscriber and was able to see your latest posts in the Reader. It would really help the investigation if you could post the usernames of people who say they don't see the posts in the Reader, even though they are subscribed. Knowing the details will help us track down what's going wrong.
4) Since my wordpress.com followers CANNOT see my posts (this has been confirmed by a number of them that I have asked), I request that they temporarily be moved back to my old site so that I can make my desired post and they will see it.
We don't have the ability to move WordPress.com followers but not email followers. I could only move all the Jetpack followers (email and WordPress.com) back to your old site http://vampirenovelfan.wordpress.com/ if you want.
My suggestion is that we focus on specific usernames of people who are not seeing your site in Reader, and also that you try different browser so that we rule out the browser issue (for WordPress.com followers list not being clickable in your Jetpack dashboard). Would you be willing to try that instead?
