How do I set up how those who've signed up for my blog are notified of content? I can't seem to find the options! Thank you.

They have to sign up. Use the Subscription widget and they can sign themselves up.

OK. What I mean is some have signed up ... is there a setting to select whether they receive a daily email or an e-mail any time new content is added? Thank you.
