Font for Navigation/Widgets

  1. I'm trying to change the font on my site to Tahoma. I've changed everything but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change all the widget text and the custom menu/navigation bar text.
I want it all to be Tahoma (except the titles).

I've looked through my stylesheets CSS, I've changed a bunch of things but to no avail.

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated!

The blog I need help with is siciliannabeauty.com.

  2. Also, some of the posts have changed to Tahoma but I just noticed that certain posts haven't changed over to the new font style.
For example, this one is one of the few.

  3. Ok so I'ved noticed that the font hasn't changed for any "lists" that are in my posts. ie. the link posted above.

  4. would love some help on this because right now, it just looks messy =/

  5. Hi there, to start off, you'll need to remove the custom fonts you have currently selected for headings (Bree) and body text (Eigerdals). You can do that under Appearance > Custom Design - Fonts tab.

Click each of those two font names, and then click the button that says "Revert." Here's an example screenshot for Bree:

Once that's done, let me know if you're still having trouble changing any particular pieces of text to Tahoma and I'll have another look.

  6. Thanks. Found a way to override them yesterday. When you click on my blog, do you see the new tahoma font? Just want to make sure it didn't only change on my end!

  7. No, I still see your custom fonts:

  8. The title of the post is supposed to be a different font than the body.
I'm only concerned about the body of the posts. Looks like it's Tahoma not Eigerdals , from your screen shot.

  9. Perfect - glad it's the way you want it! Happy blogging.

  10. Thank you!
Could I ask one more small favour?

In my Navigation menu- I have a "Mansome" tab. Could you remove the link? I don't want it to be clickable but I still want the articles beneath it to show. Kind of like "search by brand".

  11. For that you need to scroll down to "Other options, special cases and tricks" in this article > http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2011/12/19/custom-menus/

  12. Hey TF- the mod that helped me the first time said that it was only something they could do.

  13. actually, what you said works- I was told otherwise. Thanks for the link!

    We can close this :)

  14. Glad you figured it out! If you need further help with anything, feel free to start a new thread.
