Is there a way to control the font size and appearance of the titles of my posts. If you check out the website, http://www.chinamusings.com you'll see that that the most recent title looks different--and better--from the previous ones. Don't know how this happened. Thanks for suggestions.

That is the way that theme is designed. You can change that if you have CSS editing experience and get the paid CSS upgrade. Do know though that there is no official support for the CSS upgrade and only a couple people here with any CSS experience, so help might not come your way too quickly.
You can try out CSS changes at appearance > edit CSS and use the preview function to get everything figured out prior to buying the upgrade.
