Footer Widget Dimensions

  1. Hi, I'm using the twenty ten theme and I want to add some logos with links in my widget footer areas, however they come up as different sizes. I want them to be the same size and aligned, could you help me?
    Thanks
    Rohanna

The blog I need help with is rohannaeadedance.wordpress.com.

  2. Start by correcting your username link please: the address is wrong.

  3. How have I managed to do that? I can't work out how to change it! Everything I look at has rohannaeadedance as the username.

  4. the site is rohannaeadedance.wordpress.com

  5. The username is rohannaeadedance, but it links to this URL: http://rohannaeade.wordpress.com
You can correct it in Users > Personal Settings: scroll down to Account Details, paste correct blog URL in the Website field, click Save Changes.

If you rely on the Image widget for resizing, lousy browsers (call that Explorer) may not understand it. So the best way to display images of equal size is to upload images of equal size: use an image editing application to change their dimensions prior to uploading.
If you can't do that, then better use a Text widget instead of Image widgets; coding here:

  6. Thanks for your help, I've changed the username, and I have made the logos as near enough the same in picture manager.
