   A footnotes function would be helpful. I am doing research and would like a way to reference what I am saying in an easy, attractive way.

   The blog I need help with is outpost23.wordpress.com.

   We can't give you a workaround unless you post the URL of your blog, starting with http.

   There is no automated footnote function on WP.com. If you us an offline blog editor like Blogdesk or Windows Live Writer, they sometimes have one. Otherwise, you just have to type it in like regular contents. You can change the font size, etc with hand-coding.
