When I am adding a form to my page, it's getting pre-filled with my own data such as Name with my user name, Email with my own email, and Website with my own website that is http://shashiraophotography.wordpress.com.
Please advice.
The blog I need help with is shashiraophotography.wordpress.com.
Log out and the fields will empty - when you are logged in WordPress remembers your info and fills in the blanks - it I went to your site while logged in I would see my info not yours -
