Forms with specific fields and show the results filtered in a page

  1. Hi,

Is there any plugin that I can use to:

    1. Create a form with my own fields (textboxes, select, checkbox, even upload image) and then
    2. In a page be able to search or filter by any field of the form and show the results?

    Example,
    Form
    1. Name:
    Lastname:
    Phone:
    Country:
    Same form but to filter
    2. Name:
    Lastname:
    Phone:
    Country: (filtered by country)

Show results of all the data filtered by country.

    Thanks

  3. I’m sorry but that blog is not a free blog from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM so we cannot help you with it. WordPress.COM blogs and wordpress.org installs operate on different code. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot upload plugins into them. The correct support forum to get support for that blog is where the support bot is pointing to > http://wordpress.ORG/support
