Forwarding purchased domain from WordPress.com to another host.

    I have a domain that was purchased from WordPress.com and would like to now point the DNS to another hosting provider. Since the features are lacking on WordPress.com

    The Support page begins to talk about this then goes into a GoDaddy purchased domain which this is not.

    When I go under Upgrades->Domains->Edit DNS the examples don't explain this all that well.

    Would really appreciate some help.

    Don't do DNS - you need to change where the name-servers point:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/
