   Where do I see how many MB I have used?

   You can see the amount of space left at the top of your 'Media Library' in your blog's dashboard.

   Here is the support article about how much storage space you have.

   All WordPress.com blogs come with 3000 megabytes (~3 GBs) of space for storing uploaded files and images.

   Text and traffic are not counted in the amount of storage you have access to. That is why you can see how much space you have by looking at your Media Library as kadotim noted.
