Free WordPress Themes not available

    I am new to WordPress and would like to start a photoblogging site and I found the following website offering Free WordPress Themes, http://www.dessign.net/photographer-theme/ but I don't know how to link it to my WordPress account to use. Can someone please assist?

    The blog I need help with is truworx.wordpress.com.

    You can't - you can only use the 180++ themes you see already in your dashboard under Appearance

    The "free" themes you can download are intended for WordPress.ORG software installs on your own host such as Blue Host etc.

    Advertising is what pays for this free blogging service that we get. Please read WordPress.com vs WordPress.org: The Differences > http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs like the one linked to your username and we cannot install individual plugins or third party themes into them. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

    On free hosted wordpress.COM blogs we can only use the themes which have been coded to run on this multi-user software and made available to us here. > Appearance > Themes and no others. Also note that we cannot edit either themes or templates on free hosted wordpress.COM blogs. > http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/editing-themes/
