   I may be mistaken but recently posts sent to me are from "wordpress.com" I have some of my filters set for particular blogs since many of them send a lot of posts (i.e., "machimon.wordpress.com" ).
   is there any way to make the FROM field indicate the whole FROM address?

   Unfortunately, the post emails cannot be modified at this time. WordPress.com is the expected FROM entity.
