PS: My favorite of my posts so far are "Photography - life lessons along the way" and "A slow kind of wonderful". Both showcase work from my travels in Italy and Venice, while also paying homage to my very personal experience in each.
Being a physician and virtually running on no sleep on a weekly basis would normally incline me to forget everything about my personal life and interests to just focus on my work and intermittent relaxation whenever it is possible. Photography has kept me balanced, happy, and has served as a reminder that I need to push hard to be able to take care of myself. The months that I am unable to do any photography are incidentally also the months that I feel that my life is in a strong imbalance.
However, being a physician has also taught me to be detail-focused and to read into people in a very unique way. I hope that is also reflective in my blog.
