I had three questions about the Funki Theme:
1. Is the Funki theme built in HTML5? I really hope it is. I have a love addiction to HTML5.
2. If I buy the premium Funki Theme, can I also purchase CSS customization, or do premium themes only come "as is"?
3. Is the Funki theme $100 dollars to have access to it for life, or is it $100 annually?
