FYI... Plugins do NOT exist in your wordpress application

  1. I've just spend $15 to purchase a plugin... and then about an hour trying to use it. But for some reason EVERY FREAKIN thing on your "help" and "support" page is irrelevant and dated. My Dashboard doesn't even show a "PLUGIN" tab. No "install plugins".... no "managing plugins"... no "plugin editor screen".... basically everything in your "Plugin" information isn't correct or helpful but in fact wastes time and energy and creates more hopelessness, dispair, poverty, homelessness and murder in the streets! COME ON! Fix it!

    The blog I need help with is mygoodluckpenny.wordpress.com.

  2. FTP access and plugins are only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs. This is not new. It's the way it's always been.

    There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install plugins.

  3. If you must have plugins then you have to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install. Read the comparison here please > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  4. FYI there's a search box at the top of the forum. If you put "Plugins" into it you get hundreds upon hundreds of results, all saying "Plugins cannot be used on WordPress.com." It's not new information.

    It is important to do your research before making a purchase. A reputable plugin company should give you your money back.
