   Is there a way to have a gallery of posts as a widget also is there a way to have a gallery of pictures within a post

   A gallery will display a set of thumbnail images attached to a post or page.
   http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/gallery/
   Or you can have a slideshow (slide, rockyou or slideshare) http://en.support.wordpress.com/slideshows/
   Will they suffice?

   I wasn't trying to discourage you from asking questions on the forum. It's here for users to use when they can't find answers in the Support Documentation. Mostly I was concerned that you may find yourself waiting and waiting and waiting for one of us volunteers to have enough free time to respond.
