Garland Theme problems too?

  1. Is anyone else with the Garland theme also having problems? I assume it's because of the new dashboard stuff, since I've never had problems with this before, but the color customizer won't work now.

  2. yup. me having the same problem.
    Firefox 2.0. But i started using garland only today.
    There was another thread which said that language should be english and it is English for me.

  3. I use English too. I suspect it has something to do with all the new dashboard stuff that's going on, because I've never had a problem changing the colors before. Firefox 2.0 too. :)

  4. Yes, someone else reported this yesterday as well. He's stuck with his old colours for now. I hope someone has sent it in to Support. I know they're swamped with bug fixing, but this has to go on the list.

  5. Raincoaster, yes, I sent an email to support Saturday, but as yet have not heard anything. I know they're super busy so I've only sent in the one report. I know how tech support people hate getting multiple requests for the same problem from the same person so I've been trying to sit tight. Everyone on the forums too have been really stepping up to try to handle all the "panic." Kudos to all of you. Even if you don't hear it as much as you should, all your help is much appreciated.

  6. Thanks, I truly appreciate that. I lost it on a few people, but one of them was a very good sport about it and I'm trying to rise to his example. Everybody is fried because of course our blogs are important to us. Staff knows that and they also want to be doing a good job, so be patient. Geeks love the Garland theme, so I expect it's on the to-do list with a little extra priority than if it was Girl in Green or something.

  7. @ Raincoaster - Girl in Green! I don't know why but that made me LMAO! Yes, tech support is a thankless job, and you guys who help out so much on the forums hardly ever get any thanks at all, and I doubt a paycheck either. So I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you. :)
