Using Firefox 17 on Mac OS X. I had just upgraded to that using the link you gave me. I also tried using Safari 5.1.6 with the same result.

Try purchasing the bundle from the Store section of your blog's Dashboard.

Sorry about this, but I don't have a blog yet, so I don't think there is a dashboard. I don't see a store link anywhere. But I have gone to the store here: http://store.wordpress.com/?ref=newdash_store_tab
and here: http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/pro-bundle/
but clicking on that "get the bundle" button does nothing.

You see the grey Admin bar at the top of the page? On the right hand side, hover over your username and you get a drop-down menu. Click on "Manage My Blogs" and then at the bottom click to create a new blog. Then you will have a blog to buy an upgrade for.
