Hi, I toyed with the idea of buying the domain thechiagirl.com and decided not to, so instead WordPress automatically created "thechiagirl.wordpress.com", and I don't want this to exist. How do I get rid of it this? I just want to start fresh and BUY the domain thechiagirl.com, but with a completely new WordPress account. Help! Thank you!
The blog I need help with is beaniebumbles.com.
Then log out and create a new account with a different email address and use that account to create a new blog and buy the domain from there. You can delete the old address from the old account on the Dashboard Tools page, but this is permanent and irreversible.
Regardless which WordPress.com blog you buy the domain from, you must ALWAYS start with some whatever.wordpress.com URL and then put a custom domain on that.

Hi--you may be able to answer this question, per the above. I cancelled and got a refund on the domain thechiagirl.com, but I tried to start a new blog and re-register, and it says it's still taken. Do you know how long it takes for the domain to become available again? Thanks!
