    get small icons such as FB, twitter, insta, rss etc on top of blog or small icons in a line in the sidebar?

    how do that?

    You capture images of the various icons, link the images to your profile pages on the sites and display them in a text widget in your sidebar - no CSS editing is required.

    one last question . there is a thin line/frame around the icons and my pics in the blog, how to get them away? :)

    Dates from your posts are missing because of this custom CSS which you added to your Appearance → Custom Design → CSS editor:

    .entry-meta {
	display: none;
}
