You need to click the link http://wordpress.org/support/ go to the top right hand corner of that page, register a WordPress.org username account, and then post to the WordPress.org support forums.
TURNS OUT THE WHOLE TIME ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS "REDIRECT" THE LINK AT THE TOP TO THE BLOG.
I only now realize this is what I wanted to do bc I found a plug in, tried it and was like doh! This is what I wanted!!!!!
