   how do I get in contact with WordPress about access to a blog when I can't find the details originally used to set up the account ?

   You can't use iframes. If they supply a Flash embed code, you can adapt that using the Gigya shortcode. If they don't, you're out of luck.

   You can also insert any video that provides a flash embed code, by turning that code into a gigya shortcode. See here:
