Getting into Google News

  1. We have a wordpress.com news blog with a staff of international journalists. We want to now list to Google news so we can syndicate our material. Here are the rules covering URLs for submitted articles (direct from the Google news info site)...

-- Display a three-digit number. The URL for each article must contain a unique number consisting of at least three digits. For example, our news crawler can't crawl an article with this URL: http://www.google.com/news/article23.html. It can, however, crawl an article with this URL: http://www.google.com/news/article234.html --

How can we get a three digit number included on each URL for all our wordpress articles?

    Anyone have any ideas?

    All thanks.

  2. Is there a reason you posted this whole thing twice?

  3. I asked this about a year ago about my former blog but got a different link:

    http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic.php?id=4248&replies=15

A real person actually replied back saying they couldn't add me because I was the only one running my blog and not a group of people. If it's clearly obvious that not only run your blog, then you'll have a better chance than me.
