   Hello, I created a WordPress site for a client. The original upgrades were charged to my personal credit card. They are now due for renewal and we would like the client to be able to take over management of the upgrades. They are listed on the site as an administrator, but when they navigate to the upgrade page, they do not see the "Renew Now" button, just the "Status:Expiring" notice.

   The blog URL is: http://sccmma.org/. The client user name is "scmma".

   How do I assure that this user has full admin access to their WordPress website?

   Since that user (scmma) is an administrator, they already have full administrator rights for the site.

   However, since you purchased the upgrades originally, we'll need to transfer ownership of the upgrades to that user for you.

   Or, if you're ready to hand off the site, you can transfer the blog ownership (including the upgrades) with these instructions, and we'll take care of the rest.

   Thank you. Blog ownership transfer is underway.

   If feasible, transferring responsibility for upgrades between administrators would be a useful feature.
