There is currently an issue with the GlotPress installation at http://translate.wordpress.com/ which means it is unable to accept new translations.
All attempts to add translations will be met by an error - "Error saving the translation!".
We are looking into this issue and will let you know when it is resolved.
GlotPress at http://translate.wordpress.com is now back up and running.
