We can't tell without seeing hte code. Please paste it here between backticks so we can see it.
<div id= "gfmwidget4101"><a href="http://www.gofundme.com/">Crowdfunding</a></div><script type="text/javascript">var rand=Math.random ();var widgetproto = ("https:" == document.location.protocol) ? "https:" : "http:"; document.write(unescape("%3Cscript src='"+widgetproto+"//funds.gofundme.com/index.php?route=widgets/typeb&d=4101&c=0&url=/randomnation&t=0&v="+rand+"' type='text/javascript'%3E%3C/script%3E"));</script>
Ah, that's a Javascript widget and that will be stripped out here for security reasons. It cannot be used at WordPress.com. You could use it on a WordPress.ORG blog though.
