Hi everyone, so we all know that WordPress is totally the best CMS/blog out there, ;) but I've got a friend who needs to use his new domain for one simple purpose - uploading and storing teaching files in a file manager, and then having a log-in to access them, and different permission levels for different people.
I did some quick searching around google to look for some, and the results were fairly simple. I am hoping that there is a good one out there that you guys in the Open-Source crowd would recommend? Thanks!
