Once again my goodreads widget is not showing up. for the second time this week. is there something wrong with the support or is this something you are no longer able to provide support for. either way please respond to this because this is becoming a regular occurrence and it is rather inconveniencing.

I'm seeing the good reads widget in your sidebar at http://themadameditor.com/ just fine. Are you not seeing it right now?
In many (most) cases, what can cause this is the server at goodreads being very busy or possibly not responding when WordPress tries to get the information to display in the widget. The same thing can happen with the Flickr widget. Many times this is not something that is in the control of WordPress.
I can see the widget but the bookshelf is empty. I have contacted goodreads and they have assured me it is not from their end hence I am contacting yourselves
