   In short, nope.
   Unless, you're not talking about WordPress MU (the hosted blogs here at wordpress [dot] com. If you are hosting yourself then go to wordpress [dot] org for help.

   WordPress.com uses their own google adsense on all blogs and this doesn't allow anyone with a wordpress.com hosted blog to use their own. Many discussions about this, but at the present time, it is not allowed. As capicu mentions, if you are self hosted, you can do whatever you would like, but need to reference more information at http://wordpress.org/support/
