Google Calendar shortcode

    You guys have autoembedding for pretty much everything on here, but I noticed that you don't have support for Google Calendar so I made a plugin to do it.

    It parses the Google Calendar embed code, grabs the src URL, does some security checks to make sure it's not doing anything evil, then automagically turns it into an embed code for you.

    Feel free to use the code however you see fit.

    Plug-in's are not allowed on WordPress.COM so your Post is very misleading to users here.

    Your Plug-in flat will not work and can not be installed here.

    As with the my other post, this plugin should work here just fine. End-users can't implement it themselves, but WordPress.com staff could. Since this is the ideas forum, I'm suggesting an idea for an improvement to their site. This seemed like the most sensible place to make my suggestion.
