   I imported from Google video into my blog, but it only shows up as a black box with the player below. Clicking "Play" does not do anything. No video appears. Anyone have similar problems?

   I've had the same problems today. Tried to upload it several times following instructions. No luck.
   Anything else I might be doing wrong?

   Maybe the video embed link is broken, please verify the video url or send us the link of your blog.

   Just under the writing box, if you click Video/Include a video from other site, you'll get all the instructions you need for including a YouTube or Google video

   You don't have to upload a Google video. You can put it directly in your post by following the directions given here:

   http://wordpress.com/blog/2006/02/06/google-video/
