Hoping someone can help me. I havent logged onto my website in a little while. I still have my user name but forgot my password and I dont have acccess to the email account I had set up.
I have tried using some of the blogs suggestions - but its not working for me. Can someone help me?
The blog I need help with is kellyhepworth.wordpress.com.
You will need Staff help. In order to help you get access to your blog Staff need one of the following things in order to correctly identify you as the blog owner:
1. an email sent to support@wordpress.com from the email address associated with the account or revealing what that email address was
2. the wordpress.com API key for your account. Please do not post the API key here. You can send it to the email address I posted above
3. if you had any upgrades a transaction number.
