My gravatar picture is uploaded but it is not showing. I still see the white little figure with the gray background and the green and white triangle image when I leave comments... Thank you!

It takes time for Gravatars to appear as they are cached images. Sometimes it takes a few days and they do tend to show up here in the forums first.
See > Users > My Profile
See > Settings > General
