I have uploaded my own image and according to my Profile via WordPress.com Dashboard, this is my Gravatar Image, but anywhere on WordPress.com that uses the Gravatar Image loaded a generated option rather than the one attached to my profile... but my Hovercard appears to have it
if anyone can explain to me how to fix the problem, I greatly appreciate it.

What the rating of the avatar did you assign? Make sure it is 'G' rated.
Correct, I did that on my WordPress profile and I uploaded the same image at the bottom in the Photos Section first, and it set as my Gravatar
When my Gravatar would not load where it was supposed to[such as i believe here] or on my posts and comments where I have access to my Gravaar hovercard. I directly uploaded on my WordPress profile in the 'Current Gravatar' box. This has continued to fail to load anywhere else. Am I doing it correctly? or do I have to upload the image to another type of 'avater' generator for the forum/comments, and even my name at the top bar for WordPress.com
OK Nevermind, I missed the Rating part, I hadn't remembered chosing a rating, but i did, and I have corrected it
