Grooveshark Shortcode Change

  1. Okay, grooveshark's embed code appears to have changed. I've been using it to embed songs on wordpress.com for some months, but today I went to embed a new one, and it's all different and I'm not sure how to convert it now. Here's an example:

    <object width="250" height="40" classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" id="gsSong3147310249" name="gsSong3147310249"><param name="movie" value="http://grooveshark.com/songWidget.swf" /><param name="wmode" value="window" /><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always" /><param name="flashvars" value="hostname=cowbell.grooveshark.com&songIDs=31473102&style=metal&p=0" /><object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="http://grooveshark.com/songWidget.swf" width="250" height="40"><param name="wmode" value="window" /><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always" /><param name="flashvars" value="hostname=cowbell.grooveshark.com&songIDs=31473102&style=metal&p=0" /><span>Good Christian Men Rejoice by Haven of Rest Quartet on Grooveshark</span></object></object>

The blog I need help with is southerngospelyankee.wordpress.com.

  2. Copy and save this model:
    [gigya src="http://grooveshark.com/songWidget.swf" width="250" height="40" wmode="window" allowScriptAccess="always" flashvars="VARIABLES" ]

Replace VARIABLES with the actual string of variables from the embed code (the part inside the quotes after "flashvars").

Below the shortcode you can paste the phrase with the title and the link as it is.

  3. Perfect! Thank you. Works great.
