Guided Transfer

    Can't use guided transfer

    I am getting ready to move my blog over to WordPress.org but the guided transfer option is not available. The button to choose it in the store says "The Guided Transfer product is not currently available for blogs that use custom fonts"

    Custom Design was part of my bundle automatically, but the only change I made was to one font, the text body. I have now changed that back to default, but I am still not getting the guided transfer choice. Any suggestions?

    Also I don't know what the status of the Wordads program is. I would like to stay here if it can be monetized. In an article about AdControl they said:

    "the special AdControl program, which is a revenue sharing program that WordPress.com started a couple of years ago for sites with 25,000 or more page views a month"

    I'm at 250k per month right now. Would that qualify for either AdControl or Wordads?

    Ad Control was replaced by WordAds. We're still accepting applications at http://en.wordpress.com/apply-for-wordads and haven't started the program yet.

    As for the Guided Transfer, if you'd like to I can cancel your Custom Design upgrade, which should free you up for the transfer.

    Yes, please remove the Custom Design upgrade

    I have canceled your bundle. Custom Design was part of it, and therefore can't be canceled separately.

    You should be able to apply for Guided Transfer now.

    Thanks, but the guided transfer button is still not available. It still says:

    "The Guided Transfer product is not currently available for blogs that use custom fonts"

    Brotherjohnf, please give that Guided Transfer purchase one more try. You should be able to buy it now, and just let us know if you have any further issues. Thanks for your patience!
