   I bought the "Guided Transfer" and I received this email below 4 days ago. But the login and password doens´t work.
   Can you help me please?

   Please reply to your Guided Transfer email thread, and our Guided Transfer department will be able to help you ASAP.

   Hi Roberta,

   That's an email Bluehost generates automatically -- you can ignore it. There should be a second email from us which supersedes all that information. Did it come through?

   If you're not seeing it, be sure to check your spam folder in case it was accidentally caught there.
