I am currently working in Afghanistan and would like to use the guided transfer to switch to Blue Host. Can this be done without any input from me other that paying for the hosting. The only way to contact me is by email at this time.
How long will it take and will my site be down at any point.

Yes, it can be done with rather minimal input. After purchase, we contact you setting a date/time and explaining what we need from the hosting. Bluehost is fine.
The actual transfer occurs over at 24 hour span and your site will not be down at any point in that shift.
